• Details you send us through a form, such as your name, phone number, email, the cart you're asking about, where your cart is and your message
• Basic, anonymous information about how the site is used (pages visited, device type), if analytics are turned on

We don't sell carts or parts online, so we never collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your question, quote, booking request, rental, storage reservation or consignment inquiry
• To schedule and carry out the work you ask for
• To keep a record of our conversations so we can help you better next time
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and database, and only so they can do that job. If you ask about financing, we share the details needed with our lending partner, with your permission.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to understand how people use it. Analytics cookies don't identify you by name. The map on our contact page only loads from Google when you choose to show it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details only as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
